At Ordinary, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy applies to all Ordinary products, including waait.app and joinfol.io.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full Refund Within 30 Days

If you’re not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

You’re eligible for a refund if:
  • You’re within 30 days of your first subscription payment
  • You haven’t previously received a refund for the same product
  • You’re not violating our Terms of Service
Renewals after the first 30 days are not eligible for refunds. If you don’t want to be charged for the next billing cycle, make sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

Include your account email, the product you’re requesting a refund for (waait.app or joinfol.io), and your reason for the request (optional but helpful).

Receive Confirmation

We’ll process your request within 2-3 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Get Your Refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
  • Prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades (difference credited to account)
  • Billing errors are refunded in full immediately
  • Service disruptions may qualify for account credits on a case-by-case basis
Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-year, we’ll refund the unused portion of your subscription.

Special Cases

Free Trials

Free trials don’t require refunds. Simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers should contact their account manager directly for billing and refund inquiries.

Chargebacks

⚠️ Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We’re happy to work with you directly to resolve any billing concerns.
